In order put this into practise, we encourage or try to encourage the autonomous performance of our customers, providing them with the skills required to avoid depending on third parties and to have the capacity to develop their projects, at least from a planning and control point of view. That is why we carry out these training actions, which are in themselves mechanisms for the transfer of knowledge.
