Babel has an integrated quality system, based on Operations, Strategy and Support processes, which is oriented towards continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.  

The certified system is designed to optimise the efficiency of the company's work, reducing costs and improving the quality of services.  

Thus, monitoring processes are more efficient, minimising errors and reducing cost overruns, exceeding customer expectations and guaranteeing satisfactory results.  

Similarly, the performance of suppliers is periodically evaluated to ensure that they can meet Babel's needs with guarantees and do not have a negative impact on the service provided.
