Within the present context and trends in digital health, the existing variety of digital platforms offering health services is especially noteworthy. There are different types of business model (pay per use, subscription, associated with medical insurance, etc.), in a similar way to the digital content platforms we normally use. There are around a dozen options, and we believe they can represent exponential progress in terms of user and patient experience.
How to boost customer engagement and usage for a digital healthcare platform?
Working in three approaches for action, through data analysis and collective intelligence, to identify innovative initiatives aimed at meeting the set goal. With a disruptive, fully multi-sectoral approach, taking into account user adoption, customer segmentation and attraction with online and offline approaches. In short, the challenge was to identify a set of actions considering four cornerstones for this type of project:
- Global medical product and service offering
- Digital services - video consultation, chat, etc. -
- Customer centricity
- Patient centricity.
With a methodological approach that combines creative ideas with data analysis to give innovative actions
Benchmark: Analysing the main health service platforms available in the market, as well as the main competitors in the provision of medical services and their online positioning.
Survey: We launched a survey among Babel employees to get their opinion on digital health platforms and the use of medical services
- Ideation workshops in the three areas of work identified: digital business, adoption and attraction.
