Monitoring and Incident Management: eSOC

The Security Operations Center (eSOC) centralises and coordinates all activities aimed at ensuring the security of our customers' infrastructures and services. The services offered in 24/7 mode include those related to the operation and technical management of security, including the execution of all pre-emptive actions, operation and configuration of devices, incident response, identification of points for improvement in information security, analysis and risk assessment to offer the best response to possible threats. Likewise, our eSOC is distributed among our offices in Malaga, Seville and Santiago de Chile.

Our eSOC is certified ISO 27.001, ISO 20.000 and ENS High Category, is a member of FIRST, the world's leading security incident response organization, and, a platform composed of the most important security incident response teams in Spain.
