The build of its intranet on a non-professional tool leads to slowness, service degradation, and restrictions of use among the offices of its different countries, departments and users.
We have a set of tools at our disposal within the Microsoft 365 suite that is not being used to its full potential within the company.
To build a mobile, smart and secure intranet
In order to increase productivity and collaboration, streamline information exchange, improve knowledge management and ensure service quality and availability, we launched a project to conceptualise, design and develop the new intranet of Renta 4.
Multidisciplinary teams using a technology-centric approach by and for people
Having technically assessed the installation of the product to ensure the environment and considered the needs of the company and its users, we deployed and configured the product. The advanced UX/UI team was responsible for the conceptualisation and design of the intranet, using the Lean UX + Design Thinking methodology, organising workshops, focus/interviews and developing prototyping, wireframing, etc.
Custom developments have enabled us to add new functions required by the client (custom listings, integration into third-party services, integration into internal services, integration into training services, SharePoint Online search engine optimisation, etc.)
Shared, simple and mobile use based on continuous collaboration
This allows for interaction with the organisation and keeps members informed, creating cohesion and informing employees over the intranet. It improves organisational efficiency by sharing common resources and applications across the main sites and portals. It conveys a message with attractive communication sites. It keep employees in different offices up to date with personalised news by country and office, shown on the internet or on your mobile device.
The development of a new intranet on SharePoint Online streamlines the adoption of other Microsoft 365 tools, which are key to the company digitisation plan. It also facilitates the transition to Cloud environments to reduce infrastructure and maintenance costs.
As a Cloud-based solution, the availability of the intranet from any device, from any place and at any time is worth noting.
